Today’s sketch comes from Sketchbook Saturday.

Using a White Cardstock base, I added a layer of Kraft Cardstock using a Corner Rounder in the bottom right corner.  The focal points of the card are the three stripes of Sparkle & Shine Washi Tape, and snowflakes that were cut from the Artiste Cricut® Cartridge.

To add some sparkle, I added Clear Sparkles to the center of each snowflake. The sentiment is from the Perfect Fit-Holidays Stamp Set in Ruby Exclusive Ink®.

I love the diagonals in this sketch and I know it will be one I return to for future cards!!

The sketch I’m using today is from Seize the Sketch.

Using a Colonial White Card for the base, next adding a layer of  B&T paper from the Frosted Paper Packet. I then added another layer of B&T paper that was cut from the same sheet. You may remember from a previous post that ALL of Close To My Heart’s B&T Duos™ are double sided, so you get two patterns on a single sheet of paper. I then added 2 small strips cut from the Black & Grey Glitter Paper (but a nice substitute for this would be the Silver Shimmer Trim).

I love rosettes!! I especially love the look of this rosette which was cut from the Artiste Cricut® Cartridge on Colonial White Cardstock. It reminds me so much of a snowflake which fits my theme perfectly! I used Liquid Glass to adhere the rosette together, and also to secure my Clear Sparkle to the center.

The sentiment is from a stamp set that is included in the Art Philosophy Cricut® Cartridge Bundle and is stamped in Whisper Exclusive Ink®.

This sketch is fantastic and can be used for a variety of occasions! I will definitely be using it for future cards!!
