AHSC #132

AHSC 132

It’s time again for another Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge!!! I started with a Colonial White Cardstock base and added patterned paper from the same paper pad that I used for Sketch #130. I cut the tags from a cut file that is available through Big Picture Classes designed by Ashley Horton and the scribbly circle is from another cut file that is available through Paper Issues. I used an American Crafts-Dear Lizzy  bows embossing folder for a little texture and also hand stitched a border around the chocolate color paper.  The sentiment is a (retired) CTMH M-sized Stamp Set heat embossed using Chocolate Pigment Ink & Clear Embossing Powder. For final details I wound some chocolate colored thread and tucked it under the center sentiment and added a few clusters of Brown & Tan Sparkles.

Now it’s your turn to head over to Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge to enter your papercrafting project that is inspired by sketch #132!

Fall is the Theme

I’m back again with another fall layout.

#simplestories #thecutshoppe #ctmh #pathfinding

I started with a Cosmo Cricket cardstock that I sponged clouds using a Crafter’s Workshop stencil and CTMH Glacier Exclusive Ink™. I then started adding layers of washi, Simple Stories-Sweater Weather paper, random embellisments from the retired CTMH Pathfinding Collection, Recollections, Dear Lizzy, and I’m sure there are a few other brands scattered about. I again used the Leaf It To Me die from The Cut Shoppe that is colored using pearlescent watercolor paints. The photos are matted using heavily sanded CTMH Honey Cardstock.

I’m again linking this layout to The Cut Shoppe Blog October Challenge.
