Over the past few weeks I’ve been getting shipments of new product from the soon to be released 2014-2015 Annual Inspirations Idea Book. I can’t wait any longer to share some of the fun new stamps, paper, etc!!

I love making 3×3 cards!! They are perfect to throw in a gift basket, punch a hole in the corner and attach to a gift bag, or just to send out as a regular card!! I started by using the Dot Embossing Folder on White Daisy Cardstock. I love the fun, HOSTESS EXCLUSIVE, Cuddly Salutations Stamp Set* that this adorable Dachshund comes on. I stamped the image in Archival Black Exclusive Ink™ and colored it using the new ShinHan™ Touch Twin™ Markers*. I added a circular layer of Seaside B&T* and then added the sentiment from the same stamp set using the same ink.

I ventured way outside my comfort zone on this card, and trimmed apart a couple of the stamped images on the Cuddly Salutations Stamp Set. The dot-dot-dot was attached to another image, but I wanted to be able to use it freely without having to mask the stamped image each time I used it. So I snipped it apart. That’s the great thing about polymer stamp sets….{if you are very careful} you can snip the images apart making them more versatile.

This stamp was perfect for the CASology Cue Card Challenge.

I’m back again with another great sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch! I’ve been dying to show off some of the new products from the Annual Inspirations Idea Book that will be released August 1. This sketch challenge gave me the perfect opportunity!!

I’m also linking this card to the Curtain Call Anything Goes Challenge.

This card fits the color palette of this photo with all of the white space with a few splashes of color including the pink and blue that is highlighted in the chevron B&T paper.  The way the words in the sentiment are stacked upon each other is reminiscent of the shelves in the photo also.
