Color My Heart

The challenge I’ve entered today is different from any other challenge I’ve entered. It is a color challenge from Color My Heart.

The challenge this week is to use the colors Gypsy and Buttercup.

I made this mini card using White Daisy Cardstock with a flower image from the Workshop On The Go® Laughing Lola Scrapbooking Kit. The image is layered on Gypsy Cardstock and Buttercup Cardstock. It is stamped in Black Pigment Ink that is available in the Basics Exclusive Inks® Mini Pigment Pads Set, I then sprinkled Clear Detail Embossing Powder, and heat embossed the imaging using my craft heater. The sentiment is stamped using the same technique and is from the Just For You Stamp Set. I then tied a bow at the base using Black Hemp.

I love these two colors together and I love the shine from the embossing powder!!! It really makes the flower pop off the card!!
