Today my card is based off the most recent CAS(E) this Sketch! challenge.
I started by grabbing the Pick A Posey Stamp Set. I inked the flower image with Blush Exclusive Ink™ and rolled the edges in Cotton Candy Exclusive Ink™. I used, the retired, Sweet Leaf Exclusive Ink™ for the leaf images. I masked the flower with a scrap piece of paper, and used my waterbrush with the Blush Exclusive Ink™ to create the subtle splatter pattern. The banner is cut using the Artiste Cricut® Cartridge, and I lightly brushed the edges of the White Daisy Cardstock with Smokey Plum Exclusive Ink™. The sentiment comes from the Give A Lift Stamp Set and is also inked with the Smokey Plum Exclusive Ink™.
Tip: Unlike rubber stamps, CTMH’s clear polymer stamps can be manipulated. The Merci Beacoup sentiment comes off the carrier sheet in a wave, and I needed it to curve. Because I can see through my acrylic block onto the area I was going to be stamping, I knew exactly how to reshape the curve of the sentiment. Thanks for stopping by!!
