CTMH: Skylark & Seaside

For my card, I started with a Colonial White Cardstock base and added a layer of B&T from the Seaside Paper Packet. I cut an oval from a scrap piece of Colonial White Cardstock and the focal point of the card is cut from a card included in the Skylark Picture My Life™ Program. I then added a (retired) wood veneer accent, few Brown & Tan Sparkles, and some stitching around the border.

  1. I like the way the stitching makes this background look like soft, worn denim. Pretty card, congratulations on 100 sketches1

  2. Never thought to use wooden embellishments, what a great idea. And the background does take on a look of worn denim with the stitching. Very nice card.

  3. OMG I love that background paper…..it looks like brushed denim….like a jeans pocket….I will have to check out that paper pack! 🙂 Hugs…Janie
