Hey there, friends! I’m so happy to be joining the Altenew Build-A-Flower: Camellia Japonica New Release Blog Hop! Altenew Camellia Japonica Build-A-Flower Stamp Set - Kelly Janes

I started my layout with one of the 12×12 Patterned Papers from the Our Family Scrapbook Collection. I cut the Brick House Cut File from The Cut Shoppe in white cardstock and positioned it over the patterned paper. Using my Misti Stamping Tool, I stamped the Camellia Japonica Stamp in multiple colors (coral, purple, pink, yellow, orange and the leaves in green), and I used the Camellia Japonica Die Set to easily cut out each flower. Let’s just take a moment to look at the gorgeousness of this flower stamp set. I’m still amazed each time I put the layers together. I still in awe of the depth and dimension of Altenew’s Build-A-Flower Stamps!

I positioned two clusters of the flowers on the layout; one on the outside of the cut file and the other underneath the cut file. I love the added dimension this brings the layout! I also tucked the leaves under and over the cut file for even more dimension.

I didn’t think the layout needed a whole lot of embellishing because the stamped flowers add so much to the layout by themselves. I added my title using Black Alphas from the Live Your Dream Scrapbook Collection, a few Watercolor Butterfly Stickers, and a scattering of Enamel Dots.
